We post World Wide.We keep all postage costs as low as we can. We charge you, as close as we can to the cost Australia post charges us, plus a small amount to cover our packing materials. It is not our aim to make any profit from the postage we charge.
Items are sent using Australia Post.
Destinations within Australia can choose from Regular post or Express post, during the checkout process.
International packages are sent via Airmail.
Items are usually posted no later than 24 hours after receiving cleared payment.
Australian Regular Post:
Delivery will usually be within 2-5 business days.
We have found regular post to be a safe and reliable method of delivery.
Regular Post has some trackability.
We are not liable for any unreceived packages, once they have been placed into Australia posts care. We will however do whatever we can to relocate any unreceived items.
Australian Express Post:
Delivery will be the day after we post your order.
Next day delivery is guaranteed to most Australian post codes (excludes some areas so check with us, or Australia post, to find out if your postcode is included).
Ideal if you need your order in a hurry.
Express post has some trackability.
Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery.
International orders are shipped using Air mail and are not trackable.
In the rare event of a manufacturers fault, you can choose between a full refund of the purchase price, or an exchange.
If you change your mind, a refund will only be provided if the product is unworn and in undamaged, original packaging. Although we are happy to accept refunds/exchanges because of change of mine, we will not refund ear muffs that have been tried on This is for health and hygiene reasons. Please conntact us if you require fitting advice.
Return postage will be at the customer’s expense and the original postage cost will not be refunded.
